Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns once the firewood has been delivered and unloaded. Please be sure to inspect your order upon delivery to ensure it meets your expectations. 

• Minimum order for delivery is £80.
• Be sure to have the right delivery option selected before making the order, please contact us for any assistance.
• Please make us aware of any potential access issues we may have to complete the delivery before making the order. We can not be responsible for failed delivery if we cannot access the delivery site.

 

Canterbury, Whitstable and Herne Bay

If the delivery address is within postcodes: CT1, CT2, CT3, CT4, CT5 and CT6 please select the 'Canterbury, Whitstable and Herne Bay' delivery option.

 

5 Mile Radius

If the delivery address is outside of these postcodes, but within a 5 mile radius of Tyler Hill, please select the '5 Mile Radius' delivery option. If you are unsure, please send us a message with your address.

 

Beyond 5 Miles
